I made a handout for my classes on how to make harem pants, so until I get a chance to convert into reasonable HTML, I do have this scanned image. (Sorry about the bit of blurriness in the last couple of steps; the original was very light, as was the scan, and the blurriness is an artifact of trying to darken it. Hopefully it's sufficiently readable.) You should be able to click on the image to get the full-resolution version in case you prefer that.
